I’m pleasantly surprised that a book on horsemanship written in 1961 is still relevant. I started riding in 1965 (!) and have had to unlearn so many things I learned in the 1960’s through the 1980’s, This inspires me to look at some of my old books to see what has changed and what is the same. ☺️

I couldn't agree more! I love progress and learning new things but I think we can turn to the past for that as well :)
